Who had the best voice?

It's Waylon for me.

He was a great vocal talent, it just gets overshadowed by his whole persona and the Dirty Dave stuff.

Merle is easily my favorite, if he's considered Outlaw.

Billy Joe Shaver is also a personal favorite.

Not that I haven't spent a lot of listening to Waylon too.

I wouldn’t consider Merle part of the outlaw movement, but for me he had the purist voice of those named.
