I might have been drinking too much but didn’t seem like we saw as much first down pass, second down run. Also not as many of those WR swing/screen passes I hate

Committing to run game. Keep Defense fresh. Nuss being able to take shots will do that

Also, running pass plays out of formation that I expected them to run out of multiple times. The plays they were running seemed less predictable by both down and formation to me.

I nearly jumped out of my chair when we ran the ball on back to back plays.

I disagree in regards to the clock management. In the end when you had the lead, you passed 3 times. Gave them the ball back and only burned barely 2 mins off. Then you get the ball again and throw for 7 times. Giving them the ball again with 2 mins left. I made a thread/post about this specifically.

Game plan showed signs...

Focus on throwing to Green. He's been injured, or I think that would have already been established. But last night was the first game we've done so this year.

Also significant improvement in the running game. The fumble sucked, but that's not on the scheme. And I get that South Carolina isn't great, but they're still better than some teams we hadn't been able to run on.

I agree, we should have scored atleast 3 more touchdowns. That's on the players not the coaches. No one would be saying a damn thing today if the final score was 40 to 10.

Maybe cause BK had the play sheet in his hands and was talking into the headphones a lot

You were drinking too much. The RPO has played out. Nuss can't read, the line can't block, runners can't juke.

There isn't a DC that we will play that Sloan is more creative than.

No we just saw the line get blown up on first down runs up the middle. Their defense knew exactly what was coming.

Seemed obvious to me just like last year when you saw improvement when BK pulled it away from Sloan, he was definitely in his ear yesterday.

Yes did well. 50/50 run and pass lately. Without turnovers they score over 30

The wild tiger formation was a nice wrinkle

If LSU starts trying to kill the clock at that point, people are complaining that BK is playing not to lose. Staying aggressive got them several first downs on the last FG drive.

The defense had done their part. It was time for the offense to put it away.

LSU dominated that game…

The two teams were not evenly matched.

The turnovers kept that game “close”

It was because Kelly and Atkins were calling some of the plays as well
