These old people on bikes think the rules of the road don’t apply to them. Esp in FL.
Nearly hit a guy the other week riding his bike in the street when he ran through a stop sign. Then he acted like I was the one at fault.

I had a guy I almost hit bike up to me all mad. He blew a stop sign when i pointed it out to him he said bikes didn't have to stop at stop signs.
