Are Democrats the biggest winners with peace agreement?

The great Mark Halperin made an interesting point in today's "Morning Meeting" programme. He says that if the peace more or less holds between Israel and Palestine and the agreement progresses through the various phases, the biggest winner in America will be the Democrat party in the 2026 and 2028 elections.
The conflict embolded the far left wing of the party and helped the GOP look comparatively normal and rational to moderate / independent voters. It created endless soundbites for the GOP candidates in swing states and helped fuel far left Democrat candidates to their parties nominations, increasing the chances of GOP victories in general elections.

What's going to help the GOP in terms of Israel is for them to remain calm and stay out of the news as much as possible next year.
What's really going to help the GOP into the midterms is redistricting.
Additional help will be the lack of USAID money for Democrat candidates.

I'm not sure. Could be some of that, but I think the whole of the Dim party is so TDS crazy right now they'll just find something else. They are not going to stop hating ICE and supporting China over the US when it comes to tariffs. They seem to love violence right now too...that's not going to change.
