If tweet fails to load, click here. She lived a long, good life, but still sad to see her go.
I remember a Loyola Chicago game in 2016 when a ref made an awful call on the sideline, so I hopped up and yelled "bullshite". I turned around and realized Sister Jean was sitting behind me. I said "sorry Sister", and she just smiled and nodded at me.

This saddens me more than it should. Great lady who lived a top notch life.

Agreed. Fantastic person. Thanks for bringing us joy, Sister!

Old enough to see Babe Ruth hit 714th home run, Celtics crazy title run in the 50s and they first Super Bowl. Hell of lifetime at 106

She lived a great life on Earth. I have no doubt that she we will live a better one with her maker in Heaven.

I am sad to see her go. Such a positive person in a world full of assholes.

I'll never forget seeing her in the crowd of Loyola Chicago's Final Four run. Someone here made a running thread about her and the team. And it was one of the more enjoyable threads I've ever been a part of here. Rest easy Sister Jean.

She had a really good run. We should all be so blessed.
