The Browns have zero excuses for dumping Baker. He got the Browns a playoff win...the fricking BROWNS...and they let him go.

Still can’t believe they did that. Baker was all in on Browns. Was so popular with fans. He went to a baseball game and chugged a beer on camera played on stadium big screen and fans went nuts. He never quits until time is gone. Browns franchise should be shut down or given away.
Oh, and I love their creamsicle uniforms

Here it is. He was all in on the community and wanted to bring great things to the Browns fans and the city. And they fricked him by bringing in an alleged sexual predator.

They all had time to develop and most importantly they are pass first QBs. QBs who run a lot are a quick fix for teams but they don’t win championships and are not long term solutions.

Relatively speaking for a QB playing at their level, their contracts a very modest. I think baker is getting around $30-35 million a year. That’s very team friendly when you compare it to the likes of Burrow, Allen, Lamar, Mahomes, and Dak. Who are all pushing $50 million or more.

The worst part about that was Baker was completely penalized by the team he had achieved success for, due to playing hurt and trying to tough it out.
