Penn State’s SoS is near the bottom of all FBS schools, despite having played the #2 Oregon.

They have played absolutely no one except Oregon at home, and they’ve managed to lose two games, but hey… they kept it close against the Ducks. They must be good.

Mentally preparing for a Miami, Bama, or Ohio State to win it all this year

They lost to #2 Miami and #5 A&M by a total of four points and have won their other three games by an average of thirty points. Where would you put a team that is two plays away from being undefeated and ranked #1?

Nothing like getting leapfrogged in the Polls after a Bye.

The Polls really are, what did you see 10 minutes ago?

Penn state and Texas have no argument to be ranked. Neither has anything close to a quality win and Penn State has the worst loss in college football this year.

Answer the question. Where would you rank them and why?

Miami should be 1.
Who have Oregon and Ohio State played?
Penn State and Texas?

Bout 20 seems generous given they've lost 2 of their 5 games to the only ranked teams on their entire schedule.
