Managed to coordinate a Notre Dame offense to 24 pts against this Miami defense. And we’re stuck with Sloan. Thanks Kelly another great coaching decision!!

Denbrock wanted to leave. It’s not like BK just ran him off. Jesus Christ you people are retarded.

Denbrock didn’t want to share an OC title with Sloan. This is well documented

Somebody fell for T-Bob’s fricking engagement farming this week. Funny how he didn’t say shite about Kelly “pushing Denbrock out” at the time all of that went down.

Denbrock left for his own reasons. Whether it was to move back to the Midwest, to run his old offense from Cincinnati, or some of both, it was his call. He wasn’t leaving in the 23 offseason unless that job came open.

Because T-Bob pumped it on social media over the last two weeks Come the frick on with this bullshite.

Not one media person or outlet in BR reported this at the time. Not. One.

Who really cares why he left, BK shite the bed with Sloan, who could not deliver on what he promised.

If Davis and Sloan are retained in the offseason, this team will fall apart.

LSU offered Dembrock everything to stay. He left because he liked the Midwest.

T-Bob said it at the time and it was confirmed by several proven insiders at the time.

Just because Condon and Moscona didn’t report it doesn’t mean it isn’t true.

Sloan wanted Co-OC. Denbrock balked. Kelly thought we had to keep Sloan to get underwood. Now we’re here.

Denbrock was never going to match the 2023 offensive stats. It was a wise move for him to leave.

It matters. Tards want to paint the revisionist picture that Kelly pushed an established OC out in favor of Sloan, which is ridiculous and again, isn’t supported by ANY reporting at the time.

Sloan wasn’t a good hire. I get the reasons for it then (Underwood and not overhauling the offense at the same time as a full defensive overhaul), but he should not have kept the job after the way last season went.

Revisionist. Horse. shite. No one at On3. No one at 247. None of the other media with real connections to the program today. T-Bob wasn’t some fricking lone voice of reason pushing this at the time.

That’s true, but he still would have been good here. He did a very good job calling plays for Nuss in the 22 SECCG. He would have done a much better job of playing to his strengths and mitigating his weaknesses.

I think he left partly because he wanted to go back to playing more of a ball-control offense like he ran at Cincinnati and that’s exactly what he’s using at ND now.

IIRC he said ND was the only job he would leave for.

Would love to still have Denby but you can't force a man to be here when his heart is at Notre Dame.

Ok, then show me. If it’s as well documented as you say, it should be easy to produce some form of tangible proof.

I’ll wait.
