Did Trump TACO on the layoffs during the shutdown?

Heard there was going to be huge layoffs today and there hasnt been any report of it. Was this just all talk no action by Trump or will the cuts start happening?

Why are you guys trying so hard to make "TACO" a thing? It's as dumb as the "ultra MAGA" or Dark Brandon. At least come up with something funny or catchy. It's sad you guys think it's a cool gotcha, when really all people are doing is rolling their eyes when they hear it. Do better.
