And Alberta just got a pretty good judgement saying they can vote themselves a nice separation. Apparently they are shooting for a 2026 ballot vote. Just hope they lock those voting booths down, and do t have a bunch of lefties move there.

Interesting. Canada has had a lot of 3rd world migration too. They could use this as a back door to slip into America

ETA. GM moving production from Canada back to US.

Yes they can. Apparently their Constitution gives them an easier out than most countries allow.

This morning Glenn Beck interviewed a lawyer that is in the thick of it all. Immigration is an issue. But they aren't allowed to do what they can with the natural resources. He said they could rival Saudi Arabian wealth for their people. Also, the have a provincial welfare program, and tired of supporting other provinces and then having the crap voted again them. They pay like 20% of other failing provinces budgets.

Trump would recognize them, and that would be key.

It would be hilarious if the Oilers and Flames started winning Stanley Cups again after leaving Canada.

If they’ve got the resources they should go independent and just rule themselves.

Self defense with a military would be hard to start from scratch

Not with our “help”.
The military industrial complex would happily supply them with weapons purchased with our aid, esp if they have the resources.
