Say there was a place you could, mountains, deserted beach, etc. where you could live out the rest of your life apart from society, you would have access to basic needs such as water to drink, a minimal natural food source, and a basic living structure but no other human contact (i.e. no one ever hears from you again and you hear nothing of the rest of the world) How long could you go before losing your mind? Do you think it would ne easy for your or very hard to do.

As a side question.

Could you live in society and no longer talk or engage in any meaningful communication with anyone around you beyond a simple smile and brief eye contact as you move throughout your daily life. (Like taking a vow of silence).

Yep.

Could do a beach easily. Be able to swim, enjoy the sun, fish, and whatever else was around there to do. The breeze coming off the ocean is always nice and i love the salt water smell

If I was still single I think I could easily do it. But being married with kids, I have no desire to be away from them like that.

Living a contemplative life away from people doesn't sound horrible to me, I'm sure it would be extremely more difficult than one can imagine, especially after about a week or two.

However I think it would be much harder to live in society taking a vow of silence.

I used to spend a couple of months at the camp every winter mostly by myself. And about a month on Last or Timbalier Island. No phone. Plenty of food and supplies. It was wonderful.

Yeah, right.

People that say yes get put in a database as future possible suspects.

Or if you’re looking for someone, trace back the IP address if possible.

A trick? Oh you bet your arse it’s a trick.

We already have your profile.

We know everything about you. When your time comes you'll know it.

This is not a trick question.
