The offensive line is the problem. Everyone missed their block besides Moore. Adams whiffs, Moore double teams, Thompson wiffs, Sharp whiffs. We ran this exact play on Clemson and destroyed them with it. The play design is actually creative and id imagine we can’t run the ball because of the offensive line

You should tell the OC his offensive line blows then because he seems to think we can run the ball.

I just can’t fathom how many times our Oline whiffs in blocks… I understand if they’re trying to block in the open field on a screen or something…. But the Dline is literally less than a yard away from you. How can you not get hands on him?!

We can put a better version but you don’t pay portal transfers millions to come here to sit and they aren’t as good as we thought.
Personal opinion, I think the scheme or how it’s being taught confuses them because they look dazed and confused consistently and which is why they were getting beat by 3 rushers.

Soley responsible for not even touching #4 and why the play got blown up. Look at his body positioning… he’s literally sideways he got beat so bad.

This disgusting play lost me a 18-1 parlay. I had LSU +3.5 as part of a 5-6 legger

The scheme they are running isn’t confusing though.

It may not be but they look lost more times than not. Southeastern’s d line was blowing them up on run plays and on several plays, untouched. That should never happen

I rewatched the play yesterday and rewound it several times. I came up with the conclusion that if Adams doesn’t whiff we probably get the 2 points.
This was simple execution problem. All 5 have to do their job.
I don’t blame Sharp because his guy didn’t have to keep coming toward him like he would have if Tyree doesn’t miss his block.

Agree. How does one possibly get beat that bad that quickly as depicted on n pic #1.
lol and then a few posts later the poster names Davis as the only guy he wants to keep on OL.
The rant is awesome.

I could've saved you 2 seconds of misery and told you that Brad Davis has no idea what he's doing and I got 4+ years of proof.

What is so creative about this play? The motion?

OL blows because they are all confused and waiting for the DL to come to them, instead of attacking them. Like Hester said, call an actual run play and not this shite. This O requires a QB who will make the D pay by running occasionally, which Nuss flat out refuses to do. Just line up and play physical, that would open more things up.
Sloan is an outright clown.

Great. You watched one play. Yes there is lots of OL blame on that play. Now watch the plays where Nuss isn’t under pressure and underthrows guys by 10 yards and puts it inside where the DB can best make a play. Or when he throws it into triple coverage despite 2 wide open receivers.
There are multiple huge issues on offense. Anyone thinking it is solely one thing is mistaken. Yes fixing any one thing will improve the offense but it’s not as simple as just thr OL or just Nuss or just the OC/playcalls.
Nuss is definitely off. Whatever the reason is
OL is a huge weakness
Coaching is a suspect at multiple positions
Questions about scheme
Bigger questions about the ability to game plan and in-game strategic adjustments.
