I don’t know a single sane person who supports the Democratic Party

I know lots of people who are Democrats and they are all very broken people. They can’t have a rational conversation, or even attempt to hear a conservative opinion. It is just all Trump is terrible without any concrete argument supporting their thoughts. These are coworkers, clients, and casual acquaintances who have become intolerable to interact with. I have even stopped going to my longtime parish church because the priest posts anti Trump crap on social media. Our country isn’t broken, it’s Democrats who are a broken group of people and we have to continue to call out and expose their irrational stupidity.

They lost power and are lost and bitter. Being in charge is their birthright. They haven’t had a policy idea in 10 years.

There are sane, but misguided, dems. Many are federal or state employees who vote dem because dems are party of govt workers

I knew a lot of democrats but over the past 10 years I quickly stopped communicating with them

I’m more than happy to have a rational conversation. Unfortunately, it can’t really be done on a message board. Everyone wants to “own” and have the last word rather than discuss.
I know plenty of Democrats who aren’t “broken” and are very bright and reasonable. They may vey well have
differing opinions on some issues, but that doesn’t make them crazy…

The democrats I know are identity voters.
They’re gay so they’re democrats.
They’re minorities so they’re democrats.
I don’t think it’s about specific policies for them outside of abortion which is a legitimate divide, it’s generally the GOP hates “____”.
Intersectional politics is the bedrock foundation of their party and there is no logical argument that will surmount that because the people who have bought into it are convinced we hate them for who they are not what they think when in reality the exact opposite is true as is proven by all the gay cabinet members, Ben Carson, etc.
For the GOP it’s about ideas.
For the DNC your affiliation should be based on your race/sexual preference/gender.
They’re gay so they’re democrats.

When we have a dedicated corporate news industry which is universally intent on lying and spreading false information for the sake of one side and one side only, it's hard to arrive at accepted and established facts.
The claims of "we didn't KNOW at the time" have been totally obliterated and yet those pushing 'fake news' refuse to acknowledge they were ever wrong. Or mislead. And sure as hell never ask to be forgiven.

I have one Dem friend and I've had to embarrass him on Facebook over and over, and all his liberal Facebook friends pile on. Their brains are unable to accept or see that anything the left does is anything other than a valid and noble action to counter Trump's regime and lawlessness in spite of SCOTUS win after win after win after win.
