Ole Miss penalties killed them.

They pretty much controlled the game throughout.

All their penalties are a good indicator of how they aren't that great and how putrid the offense was not to be able to take advantage of the amount of opportunities given to them.

This offense is Brandon Harris bad

They had double our total yards. We were 2-11 on third down and they were 8-16. We were lucky to only lose by 5.

ChatGPT estimated a 14 point loss based on post game team stats.

And turnovers. Remember they fumbled going in to the end zone.

Reverse of the LSU-Clemson game where LSU had control throughout what ended in a 1 score game.

This what was most disheartening about yesterday. I maybe could’ve gotten over a fluke loss on the road where a couple balls didn’t bounce our way but a mediocre ole miss team just manhandled us up and down the field for 4 quarters. And the issues you saw yesterday are not fixable halfway through the season. We are what we are at this point and this will go down as another wasted season in BK’s tenure.

They could have walked in for a touchdown closing out the game but decided to kneel it.

Also we were fortunate in a good play by Haulcy to strip them of the football inside the 5 yard line. The final score easily could have been 38-19.

Not to mention the long pass that set up our first TD probably should have been called back due to a pick by Green, an illegal play that might have been the most significant offensive play we had all day

That was a beautiful punch out by LSU. Hardly a fluke or bad luck.

If you want to play that game

what if.......West Weeks doesn't have a freaking bonehead roughing the passer?

What if Nuss throws to the right man and hits Thomas who was running open into the end zone instead of throwing to the short route that was covered? It would have been a TD instead of a pick.

What if Pickett just doesn't even touch the WR? The Wr was breaking in....all Pickett has to do is just stand there and wait for the ball, that would have been another TD ( I forgive this Pickett is a freshman and will learn )

That is just 2 plays there were others, so if these 2 plays were executed correctly LSU likely wins if we are playing the " what if game" here.

All that would have done is masked the issue this team is a basket case because of the Line or lack there of.

It is time for someone the media to call out Kelly publicly about this sack of shite Brad Davis and his OL.

Couldn’t have said it better.

The problems with LSU can’t be fixed mid-season. The realization that another wasted season under a very dislikeable coach is very disheartening.

In the first half their offense may have had more third downs converted on penalties than by their own plays. We killed ourselves.

Baker got over aggressive and his boys got sloppy. If our offense was worth even half a shite they could have recovered but with the offense as pathetic as it is we have absolutely no room for error on defense. Yesterday they made an error for the first time all season.

Kelly acting like we lost because the defense got tired in the second half was such a pathetic weasel thing to say in the post game press conference.

Brian Kelly is a child. He’s plain microwaved oatmeal. He couldn’t motivate Jon Jones through a wet paper bag.

I didn't say it was either of those things. My point is that if they don't turn it over there, they probably score another TD.
