That should be a red on the Brentford defender for DOGSO. Pulling the shoulder back does not constitute an attempt to play the ball and he should be off.
ETA: That is a terrible decision by the VAR to not upgrade the card to red. Defender clearly pulls the attacker back by the shoulder and IFAB cites that specific example as not making a play on the ball. I am looking forward to the explanation.

I’ll say the quiet part out loud.
Bruno does not need to be the penalty taker any more. His MO seems to be to deceive the GK rather than beat him. There is zero pace to his kicks with that short run up. If the GK guesses correctly it’s an easy save.
