The link is nuts. And they're almost always the type to have a pitbull that doesn't behave and bites.

You sure do judge people a lot for a 31 year old divorcee who’s been to rehab

Because a lot of low income, low character people want to seem like badasses. Always saying dumb shite that makes them sound tough. These type of people get a dog for appearances.

White trash and hoodrats like to show off their insecurities by owning pitbulls to intimidate people

I lived in the hood for a few years and I learned that having a big dog is an excellent deterrent for nonsense.

Weirdly my sister and her wife love Pit Bulls. Both have degrees and work at Shands and make over 100k and have a very nice house..so they are the oddballs to the extreme. Her wife even drives a lifted Chevy and has a very nice boat...she is more manly then most guys I know.

Just because a lot of trashy people like the breed doesn’t mean they can’t be good dogs.

Because they feel inadequate and weak. They get a pit as a means of compensation.

When I met my wife 10 years ago she had a female pit/boxer mix she got from the pound that i obviously adopted.

She watched both my children come home from the hospital and played with them until she died several years later.

Great dog. I know that is not not the general consensus. Just my experience.

She did eat an entire sheet pan of meatballs off the counter in the time it took me to take a piss. So there's that.

I do not think they are trashy at all, but agree most Pit Bull owners are usually.
