Delta Faucets are actual Nazis if you ever try to resell their products. They would trample all over the First Sale Doctrine if they could. I have gotten letters from them for selling on eBay. Luckily, eBay reminds Delta the First Sale Doctrine exists and to stop harassing resellers
They have successfully gotten judgments against people selling on Amazon because people don't have the money to fight them, and they get around the First Sale Doctrine by claiming that people selling their products on Amazon hurts their brand
The head of their legal department fighting it has published tons of letters on how to "navigate" aka ignore the First Sale Doctrine
In short, F Delta. They are anti American
They have successfully gotten judgments against people selling on Amazon because people don't have the money to fight them, and they get around the First Sale Doctrine by claiming that people selling their products on Amazon hurts their brand
