We're 7 inches of rain behind schedule since July. Dragging hoses several times a week to keep the grass and gardens going.

my grass is crunchy, IDC.
Well, the grass near the things I care about is not crunchy. Putting in Drip irrigation for the garden and fruit trees, might start laying it out this afternoon.

I’ll take zero hurricanes even if it means no rain.

Only one rain here since early July.

considering that October is our driest month, I don't hope for things to get better any time soon. Some cooler weather would help greatly though.

I'm showing good chances of rain early next week, I got some more planting to do so it will be welcomed.

I've had one rain in over a month.
Leaves are all turning brown and falling off trees in masses.

It's been brutal by us. Friends in Covington and Denham have sent videos of rain in the last month but we haven't gotten a drop. My pond is down almost 1.5 feet.

I’ve used the sprinkler probably 4-5 times in the last 3 weeks, but surprisingly got a good downpour this past Wednesday and yesterday in Youngsville.

How about a check of the weather with Yanet Garcia:

Yes…she can definitely bring the rain!

I've given up on my lawn. I've gone from a beautiful striped lush lawn to a dry and brittle striped lawn. This weekend I said "frick it" and took the striper off then cut it low. Once the highs consistently get under 90, I'm going to spray the shite out of the virginia buttonweed that's taken over my lawn and if some of the grass dies from the MSM, then it dies. I'm mentally in fall prep mode now.

I don't know what her abilities are but I bet I could make it moist.

Not a drop of rain in Henry County in a month. And the rain expected tomorrow and Friday is already being scaled back. Lost the corn I planted for my food plots.
