First because he has the size and speed
And the hunger for more.
This a different program buddy/This ain’t Mississippi state.
Jayden Daniel did it and before him it was Burrow!
He’s going to put his heart into making a good showing and leading this team.
Also Brian Kelly gets the most out of his Quarterbacks I’m noticing.
So why not play him.
When you starting an injured 5th year guy
That’s apparently carrying a nagging injury.
And the hunger for more.

I know you only pay attention to the team for a few minutes on Saturdays, but all the camp reports were that Van Buren was not great and was consistently missing wide open receivers - and they were bad misses.

We all can see what is going to happen.
LSU comes out and does what they need to do in the first half. Van Buren gets his time in the second half, and will have a few big runs. The rant will go bananas and say he needs to be the new starter.
