How do we know their moderators aren’t foreign actors?

That's gonna be a sticky wicket. I don't think I like the idea of congress overseeing platforms.

Why no Xwitter logo on there? That platform is just as much a driver for divisiveness and crazy people.

Video games and gamer culture is a big problems with our kids. Video game storylines have been used to indoctrinate kids into leftist ideology.

Reddit is modded much more heavily than discord is, and subreddits are freely joinable and searchable by anyone (while discords are invite only). I don’t see how discord could be responsible in any way, but we should be examining how reddit creates and maintains echo chambers through intense, coordinated, partisan modding and bots designed to instantly upvote/downvote posts in order to suppress or promote certain speech.

The government will surely protect them.

Absolutely... Remember when Twitter was doing the FBI's bidding? Good times.

idk about the other ones but Reddit is legit guilty. During the election you could go to any thread on politics and see any pro R voice (hostile, rational or anywhere in between) was being filtered out and deleted in real time. There are echo chambers and there is reddit.

Most subs on reddit were legit stunned Kamala could even have a shot at losing.

Want to know where all the investment money for generative AI goes? Gotta train those models with something, right?

Yeah, I use Discord for gaming some. I don't know how this works or is supposed to work with monitoring..

Isn't that the same as saying Verizon should monitor everyone's text messages?

There are many, many Discord servers. Heck I have one I never use. I don't see how that is supposed to work.

I got banned from IG yesterday for saying “ you ghoulish Leftists need to slow your murder roll “ on a post where a girl was celebrating Charlie’s death. I was taken down completely. As if I never existed with no way to appeal.

Did me a favor.

I am fully aware that reddit is essentially a globalist CIA/deep state captured platform which uses paid agents and AI accounts to control narratives and manipulate posters.

Please go on and provide actual examples of these storylines and cross that with the popularity of the game.

I do not support the government intervening or overseeing these platforms, that is a slippery slope that can come back and get you.

I do support removal of any protections they have though. If they foster a place that can promote violence, they can be held responsible. That should go across all social media platforms. They will become a lot less brave when they face consequences.

Subpoena power on those platforms for individuals and groups who openly planned chaos during the summer of love and the many executions of conservatives and dissenters to their ideology.

Most of what you would consider indoctrination is a very small percentage of games that may present an option to say choose your gender or virtue signal to the LGBTQ community or have a anti-capitalist theme. Gamer culture has more folks among their ranks that have pushed back against this kind of stuff and other forms of woke culture than any other form of media out there. Parents need to step up too and be aware of what their kids are playing and who they are talking to online.
