Football was a disaster because most of our team were drunk arse potheads. We went 4-6 and those bitches didn't care.

I was the guy on the end of the bench in basketball, and we had our hearts broken in the state semi-finals.

I played baseball and ran track simultaneously in the spring.

In track, our last event ever was 800-meter relay at the state track meet. First leg got to me and we dropped the baton during the exchange attempt. I yelled the F-word so loud they heard it a mile away.

Baseball, district tournament. We lost and the worst thing I can never forget is a steal attempt. I singled and coach called for a steal. As I would realize in a few seconds later, coach's arse never checked the damn field before the game. The dirt between 1st and 2nd might as well have been 4 inches of loose sand.

They threw me out at 2nd like I was a baby racoon.

T.C. Williams class of ‘71 here. Senior year they made us segregate with one of the minority schools. None of us liked the idea. I was starting CB on our team and by midseason I had lost my spot on 1st team defense to one of our African American players. We ended up winning the state championship but the real victory was social change we accomplished

In Track I won district mile and 2 mile, placed 2nd in 2 mile at regionals which top 2 went to state, placed 4th at state in 2 mile. Just to brag a little more, my school of 2000 students had a day in my honor when I went to state for cross country with banners hung up with my name on it and 2 cheerleaders escorting me to each of my classes. My senior class had a shitty football and basketball team so I was the only thing they had to celebrate.

Went undefeated through the quarterfinals and lost. I met a guy from the other team years later and his remembrance was we beat them. I didn't correct him

District playoffs in football ended with an asswhipping in round 1
Didn't make the playoffs for baseball and we had a miserable season. I remember popping out in my last at bat in the 8th and knew that it was over when I took the helmet off. Coach pulled the seniors the next inning so we could get the salute from the family and staff. Sucked knowing that was the end.

Playoffs, 5A Texas Football.

Stopped a 2PT conversion on a sweep, the receiver was a future All-Pro in the NFL. Sacked QB on 3rd Down as time expired at the half and pushed them out of field goal range. Forced fumble in the redzone in the 4th Quarter and set us up for a last chance to drive and win. Our running back ended up fumbling on the next drive and we lost by 5

glad my best game was my last one but it still hurts

Game before final 4 in baseball(idk what it was called, state?).

I was set to start but coach decided to start our #2. We were down 3-0 very quickly. They put me in but we ended up losing 3-2. Terrible move by coach, as we had a good amount of rest between this game and the next round.

I gave up 0 earned and just 1 run total my senior year

ETA: The seniors all spontaneously went out to center field and sat around. We talked about growing up together and told all of our favorite stories from high school and cried and made grand plans for post HS.

One of my fondest memories.

Football: 9-2, second place in district with a first round playoff exit. The school that knocked us out of the playoffs had a QB, WR, and RB/LB that played D1 in college, but they ended up losing in the semis by a score of something like 60-52 so it was unlikely we’d have won state

I didn’t play basketball in HS

Baseball: pretty much a .500 regular season record of 13-12, but that season was so much fun. 2nd place in district and made the playoffs. First round we played one of the top teams in our class who had a record something like 23-1 and swept us in non-district in the regular season including one by the 10-run rule. They were jackasses who talked a lot of shite and we did not like them. We knocked their undefeated ace out of the game after my man David hit a moonshot to left that to this day still hasn’t landed and won 8-4 and it wasn’t even that close.
Second round, however, we played a team that had no business beating us. We had a 1-run lead going into the B6 but gave it up after our CF made 2 errors on consecutive plays. T7 down by 1 we made 2 quick outs but a walk and 2B put runners on 2nd and 3rd. Runner on 3rd gets thrown out at home trying to score on a wild pitch (it was a bad call by HP ump but runner should’ve held at 3B). Tough way to end my high school career, but like I said that was the most fun season I had playing baseball.

My baseball team was ranked all four years I was in high school. Might have been number one during my senior year, but didn’t make it out of sectionals lol. I went 6-2 my senior year as a pitcher. I lost one of those games 2-0. I do remember that.
My junior year I went undefeated.

Football we finished 3-7, but I still maintain we had the talent to win at minimum 7 games. Injuries wrecked the shite out of us. Our 2 best receivers (including 1 who eventually made the NFL) were out for the season by the 3rd game of the season. Our starting quarterback was out for the year in game 4. We ended up down to 4th string qb by the end of the year. (I'm partially to blame for the QB woes, in practice, our coach said we were live, and we could hit the quarterback, in order to prepare the kid for varsity football. Well, on one play while he was scrambling around, I got a clean shot and absolutely laid into him at full speed. Broke his collarbone, the whole team was pissed at me)
Lastly, our defensive coordinator got fired halfway into the season for choking a kid in PE class.

Soccer, we were absolutely terrible. We won maybe 3 games, and those were all against other bad teams. When we lost, we lost big. I'm talking scores like 10-0, etc. Our crowning achievement was the last game of the season, we played against the defending state champs. We managed to only lose 3-1. We played our asses off, and after the game, we celebrated like we won the championship ourselves.

3-7 football because our starting QB with a scholarship to Northwestern got hurt and we had to play a sophomore who was terrible

My last HS game was a 42-0 beatdown to our crosstown rival who ended up winning state

Really fortunate I got to play at the next level for a successful program and that not being my last football memory
