There is definitely going to be a Civil War. I have no idea what that’s going to look like but you have to be out of your mind if you believe this country is going to heal.

There is going to be unprecedented violence headed our way. Have zero idea how it’s going to look on the other end of this. There’s going to be some kind of purge but where it lands nobody knows.

Division lines in our case will be created post-war IMO. You can't reason with unstable and the mentally ill.

There will be with sane Democrats and liberals. They do not view their country and neighbors the same way they did last week. They now realize that some of their friends, family, neighbors, and people in authority are demons.

The left and their leader Soros hate Trump so much they don't want peace, most of them didn't say it but they would have been elated if that bullet that hit his ear would have killed him.

It's disgusting

Will they calm down when JD is president or just turn their vile towards him is the question

Those that cannot be reasoned with MUST be fought. That's just how the world works. There is no reasoning with those on the left.

Only chance is to pull the plug on the agit prop from the media.

If the left believes we’re Nazis they will act accordingly.

If the left realizes we just don’t want them putting trans people in sexualized drag in our schools to read porn to kindergartners and can go back to being the cool aunts and uncles I remember from when I was a kid we can coexist.

But if the baseline for non violent reactions from the left is the current DNC platform I agree there is no collective path forward.

It’s either one side crushes the other using the government, a peaceful split or kinetic violence.

But no government that isn’t totalitarian can make two sides this widely opposed operate within the same structure without imposing what tyranny on someone.

If their baseline is open borders, child porn and globalism the outcomes are all bad.

Stop with the nonsense

I don’t think there will be a reissuing of Gray and Blue uniforms being led by Generals.

As I said, I have no idea what it will look like but future historians will look back and write it was a Civil War.

So you did get me to wonder how a ‘modern’ Civil War would look.

Our friend ChatGPT has a reasonable take on the subject………..

If the United States were to experience a modern “civil war” or civil-type conflict, it almost certainly would not resemble the 1860s with uniformed armies and clear battle lines. Today, such a conflict would look much different—messier, decentralized, and harder to distinguish from prolonged unrest. Based on historical patterns, political science research, and the U.S.’s current social, economic, and technological landscape, here’s how it could plausibly manifest:

?

1. Decentralized and Asymmetrical Conflict
• No large formal armies: Instead of North vs. South, conflict would likely involve loose networks of armed groups, paramilitaries, and militias.
• Asymmetry: Most violence would be sporadic and targeted, resembling insurgencies or terrorism more than set-piece battles.
• Localized: Certain states, regions, or even specific cities could see more clashes depending on political divides, demographics, and law enforcement posture.

?

2. Hybrid Warfare (Digital + Physical)
• Cyberattacks: Hacking of power grids, banking systems, communication networks, and even hospitals could become a major weapon.
• Disinformation: Social media would serve as both a propaganda tool and a way to incite or coordinate actions, deepening polarization.
• Drone usage: Small, commercially available drones could be used for surveillance or even weaponized.

?

3. Targeted Violence and Terror Tactics
• Critical infrastructure attacks: Power plants, highways, railroads, internet cables, or water systems could be sabotaged.
• Assassinations and intimidation: Political leaders, journalists, or community organizers could be targeted.
• Urban guerrilla warfare: Cities could experience sporadic car bombings, shootings, or riots rather than open street battles.

?

4. Fragmentation Rather Than Secession
• No clear “Confederacy”: The divisions today are ideological and urban-rural, not clean geographic splits like the 1860s.
• Patchwork zones of control: Some counties or cities might refuse to recognize federal/state authority, creating “autonomous zones” enforced by local militias or sympathetic law enforcement.

?

5. Economic and Social Collapse Effects
• Supply chain disruptions: Food, fuel, and medicine could be interrupted quickly, amplifying the humanitarian crisis.
• Mass displacement: People might flee cities or regions seen as hostile, leading to internal refugee flows.
• Black markets: Informal trade and barter systems could expand if national stability eroded.

?

6. Government and Military Response
• National Guard first: State governors would likely deploy Guardsmen to contain unrest.
• Federal military split risks: While the U.S. military has strong norms of unity, local defections or selective enforcement of orders could occur in extreme polarization.
• Law enforcement divide: Police loyalties could fracture along ideological lines, worsening instability.

?

7. International Dimension
• Foreign influence: External powers could exploit the chaos with cyber operations, funding proxy groups, or disinformation campaigns.
• Refugee pressure: Canada and Mexico might see an influx of people fleeing violence.
• Global instability: Financial markets and alliances would be heavily shaken, given the U.S.’s role in the global order.

?

Bottom Line

A modern U.S. “civil war” would not look like Gettysburg—it would look like a patchwork of insurgencies, targeted attacks, and systemic breakdown, closer to what political scientists call a “low-intensity conflict” or “domestic insurgency.” The battlefield would be cyberspace, infrastructure, and cities, not open fields. The danger wouldn’t be front-line battles, but the erosion of trust, safety, and the rule of law across wide areas of daily life.

This is good vs evil. This isn’t “Oh, we disagree on what the tax rates should be. Let’s compromise.”

There is no coming together here.

First I would say there are amazingly few of the true woke radicals.
Lots of Karen's.
A majority of common sense Americans.
The media distorts this reality for its corporate masters.
The main question is how much and how long do Americans feed this corporate beast?

There will be no coming together with the left, correct. That said, their numbers are dwindling with every act they do as rational people see their lunacy. More and more are coming to the light.

Charlie Kirk was the last exit ramp.

The trAntifa Marxists destroyed it.

DV may not like it but it’s the truth.

Any civil war in today’s America would probably look like the Yugoslav civil war in the 90s.

At the current rate, the progressive nonreality adherents will become an even smaller minority.

It’s all about countering the MSM/social media/leftist alt media narrative with truth relentlessly

However I do believe you will see many instances of neighbors killing neighbors.

Had an incident two doors down yesterday where a person had a vigil to Charlie Kirk against their fence. Their fence got burned down. Could have burned their house down.

It’s going to get really ugly sports fans.

It wouldn’t be much of a fight. The first time some if these little trans shits scrapes their knee they would decry war crimes and attempted genocide. This shite all starts in the home and how you were raised.

been saying this for a while.

You cannot save these people from themselves and they are too far gone to fix.

No war, just start moving to burbs or towns where people dont change their kids genders.

If the country ever breaks up, it'll be peacefully. Nobody's picking up arms and going after their fellow Americans. It's ok to log off from social media from time to time. It might do you some good
