That Bama has only offered KK a grey shirt, and that they're out of consideration.

They've never been high on Kelly at all. Doesn't change anything. That is the reason hes been all over the map making statements about going OOS. They haven't really shown him enough "love". A greyshirt sounds BS to me though but Bama does have a ton of recruits committing so...

I heard something about him having a sports hernia that needs to get repaired. We had an RB show up last year with a messed up shoulder and he had to take a greyshirt.
ETA: I don't know whether the greyshirt thing is crap or not. Just telling what I saw someone else post as a reason.

Funny, but AU already shot themselves in the foot hiring Chezik. And TN with Kiffin. Nutt can't recruit. MSU can't get anyone to go to Starkville. Its Bama, LSU and Arkansas for the foreseable future in the West. Yes, Petrino will be a force but might be a couple of more years.

I'm not sure what exactly is going on with KK, I've kinda had the feeling he hasn't had a solid offer from us. But if we aren't giving him a firm offer, I guarantee you we feel really good about at least one other big time WR and probably two more from the group of Patterson, Bell, Teague, or Randle.
