Yes. There still has to be a case built and brought to court and airing things out in public can and will cause issues in the court room.
Quickly off the top of my head I can see a defense attorney filing motions regarding inflammatory statements that prejudice the jury pool. IANAL and I’m sure there’s kinds of other legal issues that would rear up

This. Something deeper is going on in these discord channels with so many shootings originating out of there. Good chance there’s a conspiracy going on with these cells finding targets and developing them. It also wouldn’t surprise me if foreign governments are involved in this too.
