What’s the story on this? Did he know the dog was missing, or was it dumb luck that he pulled the cover and saw it down there?

Glad he saved the dog,but I'm curious if he was thr reason the dog fell in in tbe first place. Like he left the fence open.

Looked like he saw something amiss beneath the cover at the start of the video. Dog might have gotten in while he was working on the pool because it looks like the pool was secured by the fencing all the way around. Whatever happened obviously must've happened in a short time span for the dog to pull through. Props to the guy for saving the dog.
