TEXIT coin. Thoughts?

My feeds are flooded from my “friends” subtly bragging about TEXIT coin and wanting people to get on the train to mine them. Same people every single day. Even offering free dinners at decent restaurants to sit and listen to a presentation . Not to mention direct the direct messages.
The coin itself continues to go up. But they’re less interested in getting people to buy coins. I’ve watched the price of the coins go up in the last six months from about 1.20 to 31.3
Everything I’ve read about the coins and mining are pretty suspect and scammy. It’s not regulated. It’s extremely difficult to find a platform in the United States to buy and sell these coins. Feedback has also been that if you wanted to cash out coins, that may be difficult because of low volume.
Was thinking of buying coins (no more than I am willing to lose). But Frick this $995 to “mine.”. Smells of a pyramid.
Anyone familiar or able to share thoughts?
Thank you.

Looks like every other pump and dump coin, with some interesting "volume" that looks like wash trading.
If you want to be a bagholder and give your money to insiders who have no money in this thing, feel free.
Ads are run because they need exit liquidity. All the money was spent not developing some sort of use case but to find the next sucker to invest he wont be able to cash out

Is it a top 5 crypto? If not, ignore it. You will lose money on it. Someone else will make money on it.

My brother in law got sucked into this thing. Sent me a referral code last night. No interest.

You might make some money, but you will most likely lose some money.

I see several cars driving a round my town in north Texas all decked out in “TEXIT COIN” vinyl wrap. Seems like a scam
