Spread dropping like a rock. Thoughts on why?

In the last day or so it’s gone from -9.5 to -7.5. ML -370 to -260.

Because it’s LSU vs Florida and 9.5 points is insane no matter how good or bad either team is.
Also, Florida isn’t as bad as people think they are, & LSU isn’t as good.

Not as significant as Clemson dropping from -7.5 to -3.5 vs GA Tech.
7.5/6.5 is the key number for LSU-UF & it won’t drop to that. Doesn’t really mean much other than more money for Vegas.
The total dropping to 48.5 is more noteworthy. I think it goes under & we win if we score 20+

It’s almost always a close one score game. That’s way too many points. Even in 2019 it was back and forth all game. FL and AU were two of the closest games we played in 2019 and both were at home. We’re a better team and should win but I’d still be surprised if it isn’t somewhat close like the Clemson game.

The game will be close and could go either way. Fl is better than the team showed last week. LSU will have to play better than ut did last week. If the Tigers can’t run the ball, they could be in trouble.

Right now it appears that some places are reporting the public money is heavy on LSU but the drop indicates that sharp money has either come in or will come in heavy on UF. Other places I have seen HEAVY public money on UF. The line stinks to high heaven.

Not sure how lines are established but seems like the following…
-Trying to pull more UF $$ in
-TG & BM are likely out against UF, dropping the spread keeps the money in Vegas
-LSU’s offense is unpredictable
-Ramos has a leg injury (rumor) and has not been automatic
