Yea. Theyre manageable. We just have a high property tax rate compared to surrounding states.

Figuring up the state tax rate, JCPS, JTown Fire District, JTown area, and Metro services it's about 1.2%.

3.61% at my old house. Houses less than a mile away in a different utility district were over 1% lower.

Pushing 10k a year here . Been here 12 years and in that time frame my property taxes have tripled as well as Home insurance.
