What’s the scheme here? Sometimes I try to play along and they don’t even respond.
Is this a computer bot just sending these out? Or a real person scammer.

They wait for you to text back then it opens your camera up for live viewing so they can record you jerking off to tranny porn and they sell the video on OF. You're a huge star in the rainbow community, baw.

It varies. If there is no link, they want you to respond and start a conversation, to potentially scam you later. They are looking for some lonely soul just wanting a connection.

mine will text me asking for somebody else (no link or anything) and i just say wrong number.
then they periodically text and send a picture of themselves talking about the day. eventually i just block but one time i did get a random nude sent to me before i blocked.

I block the numbers but the voicemails still come through, even with no record of the actual phone call.
