Whiparound: LSU battling for top QB targets

If tweet fails to load, click here. -We all know that Landon Duckworth was the surprise QB visitor against LA Tech. Tigers will work to get him onto campus again this season.
-Tigers still pursuing 2027 Peyton Houston who has set an announcement date of 9/15. He will visit this weekend after visiting Oklahoma this past weekend. Looks like Oklahoma and USC are the leaders with LSU trailing.

I watched the Evangel kid last week vs Neville. He was not what I was expecting. He has talent but it's going to take a couple years at a power 4 before he is ready to play.

Haven is expected to be in town this weekend. The money whipping is strong in that one with Michigan and others coming after him.
Zeigler isn't currently as high on the LSU board at this time but depending how the season goes and such we will see.

I don't get the love for Lagway by some on this board. He's not that good up to this point in his career and is often injured. There are much better college players to pursue, if we're going the transfer portal route.

I believe we need to go after a proven qb with Nil money for next year. It will be great to have a great freshman but the qb from evangel struggled against Nevel high school.
