He says it is “theocracy” to believe that rights come from nature/Creator rather than from the govt. very weird and disturbing comment

Matt Walsh believes the comment is grounds for his removal from office

quote:

This is a remarkable moment from Tim Kaine. He just announced that the core foundational principle of our country, affirmed in the Declaration of Independence, is "extremely troubling" and "theocratic." He should be immediately removed from office. Anyone who rejects our nation's foundational principles is obviously not fit to serve.

When people worship the government above all else, then it is also a theocracy.

There’s no “appears” to it. He outright says it. This evil commie scumbag should fricking move to China. How about he reads the Declaration of Independence again, because that document make it quite clear that our rights are given to us by God and that it is self evident?

Pretty much what this piece of tyrant is saying. frick you, Tim Kaine!

This is the fundamental divide between right and left.

The left believes fedgov is god and that we all serve that master. We have only the rights they deign to grant us and they are subject to be revoked at any time.

The right believes GOD is the almighty and that each of us have certain inalienable rights granted to us by him and that laws from the government can only limit our actions outside of that fundamental scope.

They think we're serfs.

He doesn't want to move to China.

He wants to move the Chinese model here and views us as citizens the same way the ChiCom central party views their populace.

If that doesn't terrify you I'd argue you aren't thinking things through to their logical conclusion.

They are really saying the quite parts out loud. This the left's whole play and platform They want to erase any semblance of God because they are soulless and want complete power and control.

Wasn't his son an Antifa member that assaulted a 60yo woman?

Imagine if one of the Trump kids acted that way. You would still be hearing about it. For progressives, this is a badge of honor.

Our constitution is the only written so that government cannot take god-given inalienable rights from individuals. Mr. Kaine is sorely mistaken!

That would make them divine rights, not natural rights. There are no rights in nature.

Agreed. He should also be purged from polite society for saying this. Would have been the most offensive thing I’ve heard all year except for last week when a bunch of Moloch worshipping scumbags mocking kids for praying and implying that they deserved to be shot and killed for daring to disagree with their own abhorrent God.

Just when you thought the democrats couldn’t find a VP candidate gayer than Tim Kaine, they go out and get Tim Walz

More specifically they believe that they themselves are God. Between this and mocking the dead kids for praying last week, they get into these positions and start actually believing they are God and anyone who disagrees with them deserves to die.

I’m going to repost this, but their mentality is the same as Euron Greyjoy (books not show), who truly believes that he is a primordial God and anyone who disagrees or prays to another God should be fricking killed:

quote:

Who knows more of gods than I? Horse gods and fire gods, gods made of gold with gemstone eyes, gods carved of cedar wood, gods chiseled into mountains, gods of empty air... I know them all. I have seen their peoples garland them with flowers, and shed the blood of goats and bulls and children in their names.

And I have heard the prayers, in half a hundred tongues. Cure my withered leg, make the maiden love me, grant me a healthy son. Save me, succor me, make me wealthy... protect me!

Protect me from mine enemies, protect me from the darkness, protect me from the crabs inside my belly, from the horselords, from the slavers, from the sellswords at my door. Protect me from the Silence.

*Euron laughs*

Godless? Why, Aeron, I am the godliest man ever to raise sail! You serve one god, Damphair, but I have served ten thousand. From Ib to Asshai, when men see my sails, they pray.

They pray to trees and golden idols and goat-headed abominations. False gods, and for that sin I kill them all.
I spill their blood upon the sea and sow their screaming women with my seed. Their little gods cannot stop me, so plainly they are false gods. I am more devout than even you, Aeron. Perhaps it should be you who kneels to me for blessing.
