But as Apple prepares to announce new iPhones on Tuesday, some analysts are forecasting the company to raise prices on its devices even after all Cook has done to avoid the worst of the tariffs.

“A lot of the chatter is: Will the iPhone go up in price?” said CounterPoint research director Jeff Fieldhack.

They are going to raise the cost $50 per phone.

I post this to get ahead of the Rog crew saying this was due to tariffs.

According to some random analyst at Jeffries.

The actual article doesn't say anything you've said in your OP or your Subject line. Which is par for the course for you.

The prices of those phones, if someone is going to buy one, they'll pay the extra $50.

All that money printing leads to inflation which leads to higher prices. Rinse, repeat. Tariffs are largely a boogeyman and more the manufacturers and suppliers problem to solve.

These blind quotes are so stupid. They are increasing memory size and requiring people to essentially buy a more robust phone. The price is the same as last year for that same size phone. Trolls gonna troll.

Eh,

Verizon is paying $1000 for old phones to upgrade to the new 16s

My wife's phone 13 had the back glass shattered and they paid her $1000 to get a new one.
