I was a big fan of 28 Years. Many hated it, but a lot of people saw Jesus perform miracles and didn’t believe him, so it happens. This releases Jan 16.

I haven’t seen 28 years yet. I try to watch every Nic Cage movie that comes out so I think I can suffer through 28 years.

I’ll go see this one too but wow that looks disappointing

Time to move on from the bone temple story but instead the entire next movie is named after it. I will reserve judgement and see but my bar is so much lower this round, and the trailer does nothing to help.

Not saying it was bad, but it's like if you've seen one post apocalyptic zombie movie/show, you've seen them all.

Me either, but I really want to. But them coming out with another 28YL movie before the most recent one hits free streaming is bullshite.

Don't be quite so sure, it turned into a bag of arse. But any time I see Jack O'Connell, all I can think of is Paddy Mane. Rogue Heroes

Does anyone have opinion on director for this one?
I know its written by Garland, but i do not know anything about this Nia Dacosta.

I left 28 Years optimistic because there were so many directions they could go in and the online explanation of the bizarre ending.

No wonder they cranked out two movies so quickly they’ll still take my money but what a joke.

Best movie of 2025.

Yes, it wasn't what may people expected and the trailer was a misdirect but that doesn't change the fact that it is a great movie.

They filmed them back to back. If these do well we will get a third with a longer wait. 28 Years will be free in a month or so and $6 rental very soon. Plenty of time to watch before this one comes out in January.

Hard pass. The last one I saw, 28 years later, was probably the worst zombie movie I have ever seen. Had no plot and a bunch of weiners flopping around.

It’s not even the worst in the franchise. 28 Weeks fully deserves that title.

They filmed these back to back to avoid any dramatic aging like Stranger Things.

Looks bonkers, will definitely check it out. I liked Part 1 even with the crazy arse cliff hanger. At least we wont have to wait long to see what happens next
