30,000 more people in an area that already has way more people than it can handle. That's the main downside. Huntsville and the surrounding area is fricked. The city and county infrastructure can't handle it and the Arsenal can't handle the influx of moving even more people on and off post. Redstone is struggling terribly as it is now.
