First Intel, now Lockheed Martin. The government is now turning ‘kingmaker’, picking winners/losers

Just does not feel right.

Why Not

Half of congress has an equity stake in defense one way or another.

Maybe they could get rid of the $4,000.00 toilet seats and $200.00 screwdrivers.

I don't think Trump is a fascist and when progressives label him as a fascist, it doesn't work.

But, between things like this (Intel and now maybe Lockheed-Martin) and things like criminalizing flag burning, Trump is having a really fascist week.

Anyone who thinks otherwise either has no basic understanding of fascism or has TDS (the other kind), or both.

Have to agree with you on this, likely the only time I’ve ever agreed with you on anything.

It's logical for Democrats they already socialized losses with too big to fail. Why shouldn't profits get socialized too? Since govt is now taking on this business risk they should get paid for it.

It's just socialism....

I wouldn't call this a win. I'm pretty displeased with it in reality. Market tampering and fixing about to go crazy if we continue down this path. Get ready for our big companies to begin working like our government does..slowly and without ability to adapt and change as intended by the founders.
