LSU oversold parking passes, and even ran out of passes

My daughter called in tears this morning because she can't find a parking space. LSU oversold parking passes, and even ran out of passes. The lots this morning are full of circling cars and kids following people walking in the lots hoping they are leaving to find a spot. Is it true that they are taking a bunch of the commuter spots to build more dorms? What a mess they have created.

From the pics of lsus new freshman class it looks like all the handicapped spots are filled by Escalades without handicapped tags

She needs to park out by the vet school and "hoof" it in.

Find a business on the outskirts and then ride one of those motorized razor scooters to class.

Did she look out at the pasture lots? Weren't they saying to park there and catch a shuttle?

I was told that you need a special permit to do that. The regular commuter pass wont work there.

Really? That's not good. When my daughter lived off campus she rode the LSU bus. She had been warned about the parking issues.
