ABC team calling the game...

I used to really enjoy Herbstreet, I esp. like him on Pat McAfee, but the a&m game last year pissed me off. He was drooling all over M. Reed, because he played football with Herbie's kids in highschool. (Ok maybe he was also drooling because Reed was toying with us and we made him look like a young Michael Vick but I digress). Anyway... Guess where two of Herbie's kids walked on and played football at?? Thaaaaaat's right, Clemson. So get ready for all things Dabo being amazing and probably not a truly unbiased call of the game. I don't like the obvious conflict. But we are LSU fans, so we've put up with this our whole life's right??

Not really. Most of it is LSU fans that always find something to whine about. If they lose, it's the refs. If they win, they'll conclude the refs were okay and turn their angst towards the announcers.

Fans are WAY too sensitive about the announcers and constantly looking for "bias" where none really exist. They forget about the time one of the announcers says something great about their team and only remember the times the announcer says something great about the other team to provide evidence of their preconceived notion of "bias".
Let's get this out of the way early. LSU is not perfect. There will be reasons to criticize, or at least point out the negatives, of the coaches/players during the game. That doesn't mean said announcer "hates LSU". Conversely, there will be times the other team/players do things well during a game. The announcer pointing that out doesn't mean he "loves" that team.
Those who get caught up in the announcers are like moms at 3rd grade basketball games. Their child can do no wrong...even if he/she sucks, and ANYONE who dares point out that their child is, objectively, playing poorly is wrong and a jerk.

exactly and after the bama game in 22 and herbie and fowler were on the plane drooling over everything LSU...that wasnt bias...its only if they say 1 or 2 things negative that its bias.
