Looking to have a third vehicle without an accessible car garage. Maybe just driving this vehicle 1-2 days a week max, so not that much of a hassle putting one on/off all the time.

Either a cover or build a car port.

People drive to work and their car paint gets beat up in the sun all day long.

So you will use the car cover at work, too?

Honestly, my favorite thing about having my own home is having my own garage. I’ve gotten to where I take certain things for granted but the garage isn’t one.

Just being able to unload groceries in a garage versus out in the open while it’s raining. Heck even in the winter time having a garage to block the wind is awesome

If you care so much about your paint, then I would advise that a car must be perfectly clean and the cover must be put on/off very carefully. Without these precautions you will just scratch the clear coat with the cover as it pushes on grit that’s on the paint.

Just put your daily outside and baby the toy car.

Purchased a car cover for the first time when i moved overseas.. storing my SUV at my sister’s house in Louisiana, only reason i didnt sell it is it’s paid for and i ever need to return to US, never want to have to buy or finance a vehicle again.. or if I just want to return for a few weeks a year to visit family, i will have wheels and wont have to rent a car .

We have a detached carport, not a garage, but I use a cover for my personal truck. I’ve had company trucks for many years so personal truck sits majority of the time. Got a mid grade cover to keep on it and I love it. Whenever I do need it, it’s clean and ready to go.

We all got together about 500 years ago and decided to call it “cold” in English.

I bought a used car that came with a Covercraft cover. I didn't use it much as the car stayed inside, but it was well made. I didn't see any paint damage from use by the previous owner.

My car guy said unless you wash the car each time and clear off dust etc when the car cover actually scratches the car when you put it on/off.

The garage houses Harleys and the wife's car.
But was thinking of getting something to cover my boat.
