What say you? They just keep ripping college football apart. That would make the regular season damn near meaningless.

Don’t be surprised if expansion beyond 16 comes sooner than expected. Tony Petitti has those CFP suits wrapped around his finger.

Even in a 4 team playoff we couldn’t fill the bracket with worthy teams. Frick this.

The thing is it’ll never be enough for some people. If they ever went to a 28 team playoff(which I hope to God they don’t) those same people would be clamoring to make it a 64 team playoff like college basketball within 10 years. At some point you just gotta tell the people that enough is enough or else we will have an all 136 FBS team playoff.

#8 and #7 played for the title last year. 12 team was a success in my opinion.

Cmon man. The teams weren’t seeded correctly last year. Be better.

Arizona St was a 4 seed and Boise State was a 3 seed in last year’s playoff.

Expansion might happen, but it's not going to be to 28 teams.

Still a good playoffs. Ohio State and ND weren’t 1 and 2. Notre Dame definitely wasn’t top 4.

That’s the problem. Two teams who shat the bed at home against inferior teams got hot at the right time.

It’s not an accurate measure of what happened in the regular season.

The a-holes that got all this stuff all started with college sports should be sent to Alligator Alcatraz....the entire college experience is gone. Chasing money is all it's about.

That will never happen. It is going to be 16 teams and 5+11 sometime by '26 or '27 imo. Big 10 is super weak. They don't think they can get 4 teams annually so want guaranteed 4 spots. Everything in life should be earned. Not just given. That's why people dislike trust fund kids. They are just handed millions instead of earning it.

Big 10 is delusional when they want same AQs as SEC. Big 10 has 3 Nati's last 20 years. That is the same as ACC. SEC has 14. Panini listed their Top 300 players in College Football. SEC had 108. Big 10 had 68. ACC had 53. Big 10 is way closer to the ACC than SEC. LSU actually led all teams with 14. Bama had 13. Next closest team had 10.

Eh just get it over with

10 regular season games. 9 conf game, 1 non conf P4 matchup. 3 bye weeks. No more conf champ games. All playoff games outside of semis are on campus.

There is no longer any ruler over college football but the dollar. As long as the American public feeds the corporate beast it will squeeze it till it dries out.
