Any money we didn't use on Matthews or Gray, can be used to flip Bentley or Bradford. Somebody gonna get a big bag.

Sucks that they missed on gray. Missing on matthews at wr isn't the end of the world. Would've been nice to start another blue star offensive linemen

I know we really wanted Bowe Bentley (QB).
I know he committed to Oklahoma after having OU and LSU in his final 2 list.
I have heard nothing about him since that commitment.
But I have stated on here numerous times that if we missed on Matthews and Gray … we should take those reserve / left-over dollars and try to flip Bentley !!
I think Bradford(S) is lost cause to flip.

Throw a significant bag at him. Ohio St is being cucked by bag throwers this cycle. And their fanbase and insiders will back up that fact. Unless he just loves the buckeyes make him choose them over home, brother and money. It's obvious we aren't being shy about throwing bags. In most of our recruitments we've had the largest including Gray's.

We have 18 recruits. This is not 1920. We are not done.
There are not many big fish left, but we certainly will add some players. We have had plenty of 3 star guys prove their worth, and will take a chance on some. We don't have a TE, LB, or RB in the class. These were lower priorities due to other needs. They will give somebody a shot at these spots. No QB either, but I bet we don't grab one at this point. We will bring in another transfer next year and get one of the 3 studs we are in on for the following year. I hope we get both young Nuss and Peyton Houston. I could see us add another OL and WR. These are 2 spots where lower rated players develop into studs.
I think we end up with 22-25 in the class.

How about going after Dia Bell, the QB from American Heritage in FL? Chances are that Bell will have to sit a couple years at Texas behind Arch. He could come here and compete for playing time right away since Nuss will be heading to the NFL after this season. That coupled with an extra big bag may flip him.

I don't think we were through at all. These guys haven't even played their season. Senior season. Some under the radar players are going to blow up big time

Their senior year is just starting. There is plenty of time left to flip people. We'll get some flips & we'll probably lose a couple as well. It is what it is.
