They will close. Homeless squatters will move in. Keep tiger town beautiful will pick up after them. The city and owner will do nothing. The middle of town will further disentegrate.

That would be a perfect high volume location for an indoor go-kart track or similar. It's very visible from the interstate.

They still have a few more years on the lease, so it will probably sit empty for a little while.

They're not in a rush to get a tenant, since there's still a lease on the property. They're going to hold out for the right business. The building does have local owners (one of them is a big commercial real estate agent), so its not like some trust in Atlanta owns it and won't give a damn if the building starts to crumble.

Collis Temple will buy it and let it deteriorate like his other slum lord properties. Allegedly.

Lol
It’s in Baton Rouge. That thing would feature its first shooting within a week of opening. People would love indoor go karts. But people do not love public shooting events.

It’s not like having a bad dish at a restaurant where you decide to go back and try a different entree.

Shootings have a sample size of 1.

In Baton Rouge, it doesn’t even take a shooting. All it takes is one ghetto attitude standoff because Jamal felt disrespected for Karen to stop taking young Braxton and Braden to the business.

Let’s hope it doesn’t stay vacant and become an eyesore like the former Fox and Hound across the interstate.

Damn. That's actually a good idea for the area (which means you can cross it off the list).
