She’s a hero to OT centrists. Beating that white oppressor out of the kid early on.

I don't get how bond is allow for so many violent criminals. Our justice system is in shambles.

Sounds like it would cost the dad $4,400 to beat her arse. Not a bad price.

It's time for these judges to held accountable for their actions. An investigation should be done into the judge.

i would have been waiting outside for her then given her a beatdown just like she did to my little boy.

i would happily serve my time.

this is the one time i would have no problem beating up a woman.

The purpose of bond/bail is to secure the defendant's presence at trial.

I know I'm going to get downvoted, but that's the legal reason.

As a father, I would welcome her release. She would be MUCH safer in a jail cell.

Best thing to happen might be for a judge like this to catch an actual bullet. Same for judges that let murderers out on low bonds.

Not sure how anything is going to change without severe implications for judges.

I’d love to see a pic of the judge. Also, how ironic would it be if they arrest someone for threatening the judge and set a higher bond? Clown world

When something similar to this happened in Prattville, AL a few years ago, the judge refused bond and cited the "safety of the defendants". Maybe this judge is just providing an opportunity?

Held without bond is a 100% guarantee of the defendant's presence at trial.

Right? If I was her I would want to know who posted it. If it's the kids family I would just as soon take my chances in jail. I'm not jail savvy but I would suspect in county the worst that would happen is a knuckle check vs a max fed pen where you could get shanked in the shower when the guards are on break.

I’m sure she has no remorse. Blames the kid.
