Perkins- Not at practice

Do we know why Harold Perkins missed the first practice after a full contact scrimmage? Are we concerned?

Pretty sure Kelly has been giving guys a day off here and there. He did just suffer a pretty serious injury.

He had surgery 6 months ago... They're letting him rest as much as possible.

I’m not concerned. BK does as good a job as any out there with having the team healthy before the season opener. Melting just to melt is absurd.

I’m sure if Perk was hurt, we’d know. The only report I’ve heard from the scrimmage was no starter got hurt.

Same as Weeks. Veteran starters who were injured last season getting a day off. All there is to it.

Your point you’re trying to make is valid but Perkins had surgery 11 months ago. Just a rest day.

Are they actually doing some live tackling drills? I'm a bit concerned that we avoid that to prevent injuries, and then can't tackle opening week.
