She's probably out of the country on another climate emergency junket.
ETA: I don't know that I've ever seen a politician give the finger to their constituents like LaToya has. Her city is a disaster and she just DGAF and DGAF that everyone knows she DGAF. The idea that the mayor of a city in the US would spend $50k of taxpayer money to attend a climate conference, whatever the frick that is, in another country is on its face the stupidest shite I've ever heard.
