There’s literally 100 financial institutions fighting for that loan. Someone with offer a lower rate than that

Cash requires no credit score, I understand that all people can't do it, but that is how you end upside down. Find a used car online you can afford with no interest.

6.5% 72 mo. from Chase on Saturday for New Toyota 4Runner. Put $25k down. 825 score. Note $450 ish. Will pay off early and keep the vehicle for 10+ years. Saved for the past 4 years. SR5 with 4wheel drive.

ETA: F off downvoters! We work and plan and save! We are getting a boat next year!

Bought (at the time) brand new 2023 4runner. $25k down. Note was $500. After one year I paid it off. Only reason I didn’t buy outright is because when I looked to buy a house, they said I didn’t have enough “long term” credit for a better rate bc I pay my cards off each month.

Will never have another car note again

Pay cash. If you can’t, buy something you can actually afford.

FWIW… my credit score is 803, not that I need it.

Goddamn chicken tax. Reverse this shite already.

fricking American government can’t even give us this $10,000 Hilux so went don’t go fricking broke.

Ten thousand dollar Hilux

This is what yall should think about when voting.

If I were President, chicken tax would die as soon as possible.

Give the people what they want already.

Go find you a small credit union. You’ll probably get 4.9 to 5.5% on 60 months term.

Which still sucks compared to a few years ago but inflation is a bitch.

Get a Subaru. 0% on a lot of models.

If you insist on using the car company that peaked in 2006, Keesler has been sending non stop emails with 3.99% interest on car loans. I test drove a lot of Japanese cars the past 1.5 years, Subaru, Mazda, Honda all have better packages, especially for the money. I wish I could still buy a new 2006 Tundra, I'd get a double cab with 4.7 and drive the wheels off of it, if I would have just kept my 2003 access cab, it was better built than my 2008.
