Over a year that would be 44,000 cars broken into, in a city of 430,000
If other cities have even higher rates, we need to just declare martial law and have these thugs shot on sight.

When I was working in Minneapolis three summers ago, my son flew up to spend a long weekend with me. We went to Minnehaha Falls, which is a very cool waterfall right smack in the city. Anyway, when we were leaving we walked past a car where there was a police officer talking to someone. Their window had been smashed in broad daylight in the parking lot of Minnehaha Park.
