If it's not a photoshop...... There is a woman I see exercising where I train my dog who has the same medical issue. I feel very bad for her. She does all kinds of stretches and swings her arms while walking and exercising. I try not to stare but the poor woman looks terrifying. Her wrists and fingers look like the pic below. The first few times I saw her I'd always do a double take and think my eyes were deceiving me. Fingertips down around her knee caps.

You say that but the poor thing resembles the Pale Man from Pan's Labyrinth just move the eyeballs from her palms to her face. If my son is with me and we see her he always asks if we can go somewhere else to run the dog. Makes me sad just thinking about all the stares, health problems and insurance bullshite she's had to deal with throughout her life.
