I wonder if it's easy to tell the difference between lab grown salmon and real salmon?

I don't usually eat fish to begin with, I'm not a fan of most fish or seafood, but salmon in particular I can't stand. So no, I'll pass on the FrankenFish.

Hell yeah. The future of lab grown meat is intruiging. Theoretically you could grow perfectly marbled steaks without the need to raise and slaughter cattle.
