Apparently the shooter has been neutralized. Reports are that 1 officer was shot.

The university is not in session and the hospital and CDC buildings are all kind of mixed in together, along with some mixed use development. WSB showed pictures of bullet holes in the windows of a CDC building...could be stray or could be where the shooting was.

Looked like at least 2 bullet holes in that window. Looked like it possibly could have been Building 21 which is where leadership offices are located.

Emory University is in DeKalb County. It is close to Fulton County. Some of it may be in Fulton.

Hell, 2 MARTA cops were shot at the 5 Points station this morning when they told a dude to quit urinating in public.
