Why can Trey Holly play at Southern?

When he hasn’t been to trial? I just read that his trial has been moved.

He was never ineligible here but Southern is willing to overlook his pending charges and the seriousness of them. An SEC program isn’t going to do that

SU PR people aren't as afraid of the public/media reaction.

Because he transferred to Southern, and until his trial he assumed innocent. Southern welcomed him.
He on suspension at LSU until trial is over. LSU doesn’t make it habit of allowing accused attempted manslaughter/ murder players play, until they get there shite cleaned up. Apparently Southern doesn’t give a shite.

For good reason. They are untouchable when it comes to negative press

That charge was dropped but he is still facing 2 felonies

That was the charge when LSU applied suspension.

I think felony is the threshold for LSU.

LSU has some form of policy on having a player on the team who is under felony indictment. I think he could still retain his scholarship but would remain suspended until cleared or dropped.
I remember some of this from the Shady's incident and the Jeremy Hill incidents.

"Innocent until proven guilty"

Say what? What happened to innocent until proven guilty.

Cause HBCU's are invulnerable to bad press by the same people that turned a crack head, career criminal in Minnesota into a saint.

Don't judge a man by his color rather by the content of his character

Is he currently in prison? Does he have to go to court to prove his innocence?

Southern ain’t gonna let a lil manslaughter hold em back. Higher learning and all

The football game is just pre-halftime and post-halftime entertainment. (As it is at all HBCU football games)

Whites have killed more than the other races combined.
This is laughably stupid when you consider Mao, Pol Pot, Imperial Japan and that the main Soviet actors, especially concerning the Holomodor were not "white"
This isnt even touching Africa.
I cant imagine going through life so uneducated, obviously you have a very low IQ.

why should they be? It'll only bring advertising to the school, which they welcome. On the other hand, it would look very bad on LSU. LSU and Southern are not equal in the sports world.
